Please also assume that the member is ready to spend atleast 1 -2 hours at clixsense everyday.

Ideas/advice most welcome. Please suggest and contribute, in order to improve the earnings of Indian members. I am sure all new members will greatly value your thoughts suggestions.

These are the answers that i think will be good for you.

A = If u'll stay a standard member you are willing to loose that 16% bonus which you get at the end of the day everyday.

B = If ur still level 0 at Crowd flower then i would suggest to take the entrance exam (which is available now for level 0 members i suppose) and get that level 1 atleast ( its easy to get 2 & 3 after that )
The thing is most part of the earnings on Crowd Flower comes from tasks only. So you need to have that badge so you can work on more number of tasks everyday.

C = There is no specific answer for this i would say, since it's the same for everyone in india, if ur lucky enough you can get 2-3 survey sometimes a day. but rather than that it's hard luck with surveys.

Now lets come to your how to make 10$ per day question.

Boss working for 1-2 hours a day that too without the level 1 badge and on top of that not even having the premium membership, it's really hard. I would say it's actually impossible, until n unless you have huge amount of active working referrals.

Even with all the level badges acquired you can't look forward to make 10$ a day by working 1-2 hrs only.
You need to give more time.
and still you no one can promise you that you can make a 10$ everyday. It's upto you how hardworking you are.

The other option is that get a lot of referrals active for yourself who are working daily. That way you can reach that number without doing anything. But still you will need alot of them like a lot.

Ok the only way to earn anywhere between 1-15$/day is Hard work either by doing tasks or by getting referrals.
Well it is important for you to learn to do tasks by yourself because no one here can guide you how to do it because its against the rules. I think you can take the Test to reach level 1. Then some of the tasks which help you to gain higher levels are,
1. compare wine labels
2. google adsense adult content
3. look at the advertisements and judge them
4. Receipt tasks
All you have to do is read the instructions properly and then do the task. Take 10 mins to do the first task then you can easily do it under 2 mins next time, that is how you become an expert over time and make more money.
Pavan and Rahul are stars, They very hard and more than 10 hours sometimes, So If you are hardworking you can make money.
I have made almost 1000$ in 9 months, That being a Engineering student(I don't get enough time)

I was not active since last 2 weeks so I don't have any new suggestions for the tasks. As you are on Level 0, all you can do is wait for new tasks to come up and try to do offers for earnings. One have to be more patient to enjoy earnings but remember when you will get Level 1 badge, there will be no distance in getting 2nd & 3rd. So have patience and check frequently.

Oh Rahul! Many many thanks for replying. When did you get the level 1 badge for CF tasks? I mean how many days it took? Have u got any tips for a Level 0 worker in CF Tasks?
I check almost all the times for CF Tasks but I get not even a single task. There are just 30-40 potential tasks and 0 available ones.

That's your kindness Sangita. Thanks. I'm also like you. Well there's no strategy or tips to get your 1st level badge. You just have to look for the jobs.
I got my all 3 badges within a week. It depends on the availability of tasks. Earlier there used to be the tasks named " Help us find Author/Articles" all the time and it was easy to achieve the badge. By the time, it became difficult. Never lose hope, just check the forum or your tasks page frequently. It would appear soon.
