Define "easy".

It's technically trivial, but resource intensive.

Yes easier now than when only paid with check.

However easier get new site than older sites. However if someone not in site easier get them to join it.

Need think outside box get new people like offline marketing.

Also easier to get burnt by a new site than an older site. Swings and roundabouts.

Promote offline can be more effective than online.

This will depend where you can reach out to the most people -- the Old School method I used was just simple flyers with rip-off stubs at the bottom; each "stub" contains a shortened URL for them to check

Another Old School way is just hang around places where you and a few friends can talk it openly to passer-bys ( bring a chess board or a deck of cards, it worked for me back them )

I wonder if all those newbies online has discovered the Internet?

I guess they've never seen or know what Domains are for.

Makes me wonder why all those people have a cell phone and manage to get a phone number so others can reach out and make contact.

Oh heck, I know what it is now. It's all that Dumb You Down training over at the Click Dummy School at the Pizza Plan One Academy. You don't need a domain and your own website, you just need to join 100 TE's and run around giving site owners all the free advertising and hang out, be happy and enjoy the 24 hour day care center for mindless adults.

This sounds like a really novel idea. But quite impractical.
