Cashout

Locked

#1 by MLivePro » Wed Dec 09, 2015 03:33

I know some members are somewhat concerned about the new cashout policy; this being that around 30% of cashout requests are processed daily.

With this in mind, I thought I would post to say I have just requested a cashout to PayPal.

I will update this post when the cashout is received.

This will then give you a guideline to how long cashout requests are taking before they are paid.

Hopefully, this will be useful to all.

Last week when I cash out on Wednesday, I was paid on Friday.

The key to be paid each week consistently is to submit Cash Out on the same day about the same time.

If the cashouts are getting slower, CS should increase the cashouts limits.

The situation is getting worse than a year ago.

OK, as I promised I am now updating this post. Thanks to those who posted in-between.

Payment was received yesterday. :D

So, with request made on Wednesday, and payment made on Monday, that was 4 working days for payment to be received.

I'm thinking now to make payment requests on Sunday evenings, as this would basically guarantee payment would be received by Friday latest.

Hopefully, my information is useful for you, and removes some concerns about the new payment system.

@marcho21 - I agree with you, I think the new payment system works but if there was less payments to process it would work even better. I would suggest $10 minimum payment for all, but limit premium members to one payment a week and standard members to one payment a month. For standard members who dislike this idea: If you are earning enough to cashout weekly (or even less frequently) then you really need to upgrade to premium anyway, that $17 annual payment will seriously increase your earnings (i.e. more ads, higher daily bonus etc...).

I would not mind getting payouts once a month, but not sure for the rest.

I find cashing out every $6/$8 a very wrong thing.

Think about the paypal charges that charges more, when you cashout small amounts.

My usual practice is when I reach around $20 in my balance.

No clue on international PayPal fees but in USA it works like checks. Longer wait less percentage fee pay on cashout. I try request only monthly as $1 check fee better deal on $250 than $10. Now plan wait request every two months as even better on $500 than $10. If more people thank like me cashouts take lot less time and people save money on fees too.

From payout page looks like following methods best on fees:
PayPal (United States) $6.00 $8.00 2% up to $1.00 On Wednesdays ³
PayToo $6.00 $8.00 Free On Wednesdays ³
Check
United States, Canada
$10.00 $1.00 (First time is Free) Monthly on or before the 10th

If ever remove checks I probably do PayToo. $1 fee low enough I not going to try figure out new pay processor plus love fact getting checks forces me go in bank monthly which I usually need to do anyways.

International fees are 2% on all transactions under $1,000

How many people are going to be waiting to over $1,000 to cashout? The fees are rounded up though, so you can save a few fractions of a cent here and there.

The cashout fees for paypal are 2% and then go upto a maximum of $20 for the UK. So anything above $1000 will incur a fee fixed at $20.

For BouldRake and Fluffybug

 Checking with PayPal with the Regional code UK, gets me these:

a) Our Fees are Simple, straight forward with no surprises
b) Cross Border & Currency Conversion Fees | PayPal UK

Yeah, that's for manual payments.

There are different fees for the masspay API. Clixsense fees are identical to the PayPal Masspay fees.

Doesn't matter actually, its around 2-3% for all other countries so (not EXACT 2%, I've checked). And in my country PayPal takes a loooong time to actually transfer the amount to my account.
