feeling a bit dumb...

Nov 30th i was sure to cashout my account as i get payment via checks and it is still paying pending payment, when i asked a friend who also cashed out they said oh you get your check and there is a # you enter in the spot that says verify account --- i do not have a spot or cant find where it says that? i just want to make sure i get my payment?!

I had a similar problem and it never was properly resolved , but I was able to request payouts after that

I never could find where I had to verify my account

send a support ticket if needed or wait for someone who knows this answer :thumbup: :)

and yes , they do pay , I currently have a balance of over $100

I'm not worried about it ;)

When you receive your check, the pin # will be on the check.
