Please be guided that Payouts for Standard users is US$8, while for Premium users it's US$6 ( see highlighted red text in the provided link below )

You only get the amount once u requested.
To request the amount, it should be reached minimum payout amount $8 for you, then u can see a "cash out" option in your account summary page
