I actually have two questions.1) what is going on with the website explorer? I have checked it every couple of days for the last couple of weeks and it always says 'we are currently out of offers. check back later' and 2) how long does it take a paypal payment to process? I have gotten the 0.01 cent to verify my paypal account but I didn't know if I had to do anything else or if I just have to wait. thanks in advance.

2) I got the 1c verification yesterday, the remainder followed within an hour or two. Didn't have to do anything else in the meantime to validate it or anything.

When it says it is out of offers, it means it is out of offers.

Sorry but I don't know how to say that other than what it says.

Advertisers purchase advertising and it's not a bottomless pocket.
Therefore if there is no purchases to that company or they have limited
amounts of offers being displayed else where, it simply means what it
says......there is no offers available at this time.

All you can do is check back from time to time.

I got the 0.01 cent almost 2 days ago and have yet to receive my actual payment. It still says pending payment on here too.

Not sure what happens with new members now. I imagine you get your 1c payment at the point everyone else gets the 'add to pending cashout' bit removed. Payments come - generally - within 48 hours of that, though it's been a tad more for a few people.

On the plus side, this is the last time you'll have to piss about. There are no cheques to verify, or micropayments to accept after this one.
