The Forum rules are already posted on the main section: Forum Rules | ClixSense Forum which is posted Admin jasm78
It's a good thing the Moderators are the ones managing the issues; can you imagine what would happen if the Admins themselves would do this -- it would either mean suspension from the Forums, or other means of action to the ones who posted ( which can fall under Forum Rule #2 )

The CSTPH has been around with ClixSense as early as 2010, and their links serve as reference to members -- and on their main page that they clearly state two simple rules:

Paano po naging bawal yun?,ang mga katanungan lng naman doon kung paano mag palit ng sponsor or pwede ba?marami pong thread na katulad dito hindi lng sa Filipino forum regarding sponsor.
Mas maganda po sa na mag reply ang moderator at mag sight ng post na against sa Rules bago i close/lock ang thread hindi yung Deleted kaagad ang thread na hindi mo nga alam kung saan ang mali doon, this way ma li-limit ang pag post na against sa Rules.

I think it falls on advertising, dahil may mga link doon kung paano ka kikita pag sumali ka sa team nila.
What about pag gumawa din ako ng thread na katulad nila dito sa Filipino forum will it serve as reference to my members or nag violate na ako sa Rule # 2?

Clixsense Team Phil. po inallow po sya ng admin long time ago na. Basta wala lang pong post na promotion post about sa mga kanya kanyang link (Affiliate link) or mag promote na makipagpalitan ng Clixsense promotional link. At direct post ng mga CS promotional links dito para humingi ng sponsor or mag palit ng sponsor. Inallow rin po yang Thread na yan para don sa mga members ng CSTPH na dyan lang sila mag uusap usap about sa team or may tanong yung mga Members na.
(Back to the said post na denilete) Sa makatuwid bawal ang manghingi ng sponsor dito at magpromote ng lipat bahay (palit ng sponsor) dito sa thread.
