 Hi Sonymatta

Sadly, I don't use Chrome on my end ( since I had issues with it back then ), so I'm using Firefox, or it's respective forks ( Pale Moon, Waterfox )

I've tried inputting the address on IsItDownRightNow online web address checker to see if it connects -- there seems to be no issues; I don't think it's a hardware/software issue that you encountered today either, sonymatta ( considering that you just recently did a factory reset with your gear the last time ;) )

Is this the first time you tried doing a RainForest survey? If yes, I can speculate it's a Geo-Targeted survey; but if it's not, and you have accomplished a few in your time, I guess the best course is to try and contact RainForest and ask for assistance

EDIT: I'm double-checking that web address again; were you working on a CrowdFlower task? ( my bad there  )

If so, try to inform the CrowdFlower staff, since there's a Sticky Thread Guide there that would help most members in submitting an issue ( don't forget your Job ID#, save the screencaps, and prepare to give as much detail to your report )

 Reference source -- ClixSense Forum

Hope that can help you in regards to the CrowdFlower Task at hand

 Hopefully it gets sorted out; there's some members as well in the Filipino sub-forums that seem to have issues logging in ( guess it's just another day at CrowdFlower  )

Java is an abortion and everyone hates it. Google killed it off, not because they hate it too, but as part of a power grab.

I don't think you can make it work (here is the official blurb), though I haven't tried very hard at all.

A different browser may be your only option.

OK So Rainforest has blocked you for some reason. 403 error means they do not want you to access their task.
Ensure you are not blocked in your portal profile and contact Rainforest at tester@rainforestqa.com

Just to add, you should try changing IP before you ask Rainforest, it may be just your IP is bad and getting new one will fix it.
Also, just to make sure, when you go to portal and log in what is your tester status? Is it active or blocked?

 It's good to see Helloworld was able to assist you, sonymatta ( sorry being late, had other matters at hand )

Guess the edited part from my first reply was a good gut-feeling; to contact RF in regards to the issue

@sonymatta

If you have been blocked you will see the clear red message "you have blocked from doing work for us" .. so don't worry you are still alive

Try to remove adobe flash player on your system .. chrome has its built-in .. so I guess its a conflict cozed by 2 versions of flash.
