And the other thing why I don't have serveys and tasks I have just ads I click daily 0.001$ per one when I click all the day I make only 0.01$

It happens, there's nothing you can do about it. Sometimes they're just looking for a very specific audience or they've already received all the answers they need from your demographic. Also make sure you always read the questions carefully before selecting an answers because there's sometimes trick questions they use to filter out people who are not paying attention.
