The minimum balance to cashout is $6 for Premium members and $8 for Standard members. Once you reach it you will see a "Cashout" link at the right fo your total balance

You're first Cash Out is at $10.00

You have $8.97 to go before you can request Cash Out.

I do not mind waiting ... They have always paid and that is what counts for me.

It takes so long because of the volume of members who make money here who are able to cashout so fast.
