Hi! Guys ingat tayo,nag notify ang paypal sakin may nag try mag open ng account ko
Kaya ayun hindi ako maka access kailangan nila mga docs para ma access ko ulit, kng ako nga may ari ng account...

ako din may nag email sa akin pero hindi ko binuksan yung email.kaya ingat lang po tayo.

Ingat tayo guys!

:!: Never open any emails, no matter if it looks like it's legitimate from the source -- opening any of these is an invitation to a phishing scam ( where they can steal your online info/identity/etc )

If you receive anything like that ( like from PayPal ) that says something like 'someone is trying to access your account' and offers links for you to make the necessary changes -- DON'T CLICK ON THEM!

Go to PayPal directly, and try to contact their personnel in regards to the said phishing email -- and when you can, start replacing your passwords

I'm checking my paypal account pero hindi ako maka-login kahit nireset ko na yung password ito yung message na lumalabas

1) When you were checking your PayPal account, are you sure that it was in HTTPS on your browser address bar?

2) Also, when you checked, were you at home on your own internet connections, or using a public WiFi-Hotspot?

3) Are you sure that your browser, and the plug-in components ( Adobe Flash, and Sun JAVA ) are up-to-date?

I'm using my own personal computer and sure that I'm using the login page of Paypal

https://www.paypal.com/signin/?country.x=PH&locale.x=en_PH


Wala naman akong narecived na notification email from Paypal about any login issues, kahit nireset ko na yung password same message appear.

Strange, I have no problem when I checked -- was able to log in just fine

Check if your browser accepts Third-Party cookies, as much as that your JAVA has to be up-to-date -- as of this thread post, JAVA should be at v8u74, or commonly known as v8.0.740.2

:idea: To check if your JAVA s up-to-date, try this Help Page: Verify Java Version

It would also help that you are able to clean your browser's cache and cookies

I don't have Java installed but still able to login to Paypal a while ago maybe a couple of weeks or a month. Anyway, I found another way to access my account from Paypal community help forum. At the index page I use the "Send" option clicked continue and to complete the transaction I login, I got a transaction error but I was able to browse my account and I'm in :thumbup:

Katulad na lang din nangyari sa akin ngayong araw, di ako maka-log in sa paypal acct ko. Never naman ako nakatanggap ng email na looks suspicious. Kay ingat ingat talaga tayo....change password na lang ulit para maiwasan din. Thanks
