Murder. Blood splatter is in right side but his gun is in right hand.
If he shot himself while sitting, blood splatter would be in left side on ground.
Looks like someone shot him when he is sitting in the chair.

i think it could be interpreted either way

Since he has a gun in the right hand & if he shot himself then he must fall on the left side which is not the case .. its obviously a murder.

Why is the window closed, locked, dressed in shorts and mid shirt.

Where is the missing flip flop, appears would be the left foot flip flop.

Why is the lamp not plugged up.

What is that image in front of the glasses and lamp, could be a bullet.

Blood splatter on the wall, but what is the black part that is above the splatter that is overlaying
the blood splatter and running down the wall.

What are the blue images

Where is the cigarette lighter or matches.

The cigarette doesn't appear to be lit.

It's murder simply because his finger is not on the trigger.

He could have lost his flip-flop in a scuffle with the murderer - maybe that's why he has a gun, to defend himself.

Or perhaps the murderer planted the gun afterwards to make it look like a suicide.....

Maybe his other flip flop is inside the flower vase.

Murder or suicide? Neither -- she was a 'klutz' -- slipped ( missing slipper ), head hit the wall hard, unknowingly got a gun hidden behind the trashcan and accidentally unplugged the lamp

( Now, the better question is: How will the person who'll solve this puzzle, be able to redeem a 100 Marks? )

She can sit any side if she want to commit a suicide

I look at this and some things are troubling me. A) It's about time that bin was emptied and B) How tiny is that bit of desk space.

She went to light her cigarette with her right hand, just as she was finishing eating her flip flop.....and
mistakenly picked up her real gun instead of her cigarette lighter. The flip flop will be founded in her
stomach during autopsy.
