Seems to be timing out very fast when attempting to post.

Is it only on my end or are y'all experiencing it too?

Yeah, keep getting logged out too (with stay logged in checked). One of the caching servers is probably farting. Probably over daylight savings, which happened some places, and not others yet.

Something is not right, been noticing this for a long time, not just now.

TIP, before submitting your post, select all (ctrl A) and copy (ctrl C) this way if you get the error not logged in you don't lose your entire post, all you do is log in and paste back the post.

Well, I primarily use a MAC and Safari browser. Even so when I use pc's, I always copy what
I type before I submit.

With this forum, however, all you need do if it times out when you hit submit, is hit close
if you didn't save it.....by hitting 'close' you can copy and save and then hit the 'auto log in'.

It's not a browser problem. Caching seems to be the culprit. Maybe.

It seems like it's happening more the last couple of days.

Maybe when things settle down for Jim, one of the forum staff could alert him to the problem? Not that it's a major thing. But probably should be addressed some time down the road.

I tried that one once and lost the entire post (clicking close).

Something is wrong somewhere it should not timeout so soon.
