Report downloads are still impacted and intermittent errors are being reported by contributors, however completed judgements are accessible via API. What does this mean?
It means if you signup a member from China, they will not be added to your downline, nor will you earn commissions from the new referral. If you have a member from China already in your downline, you will still earn commissions from them. This change only affects the signup of new referrals.

This does not change the affiliate program for any other country but China.

Also, starting on March 1st the additional $0.10 affiliate signup commission we've been running will be changed from all countries to top tier countries only. Top tier countries are identified as:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.
