It is. At least for a Standard member. And for that reason, I am seeking an experienced "Indian" member. Does upgrading put any difference in the number of available "Surveys" or "Tasks"?

No LuckyEddy, upgrading to premium does not make a difference in the amount of surveys and tasks you get.

But if you can complete the checklist regularly then the increased daily checklist bonus of 16% might be worth it, also, if you can't complete the checklist on one day, but then do so on the next, your bonus will still stand at 14%.

1. CF tasks : Get your levels first before upgrading. (you need to complete at-least 10 tasks daily for bonus)
   Level 0 tasks are very rare.
2. Offers are very low for India, you may or may not complete daily checklist just by doing offers.

Mainly by doing tasks. (Tasks bonus, Daily checklist bonus)
There are large no. of people who earn more than what I earn only by doing tasks.
