I see I am about 15 years late in joining Clixsense, but I finally made it here.
I joined about 4 weeks ago, and since then I´ve only earned about $1.12 clicking on ads that earn me something like $0.001 I never get any surveys because I am in Austria (not Australia for those who read fast), and the very very few (1 per week maybe) I get I never qualify for. And I saw I can upgrade for $17, so my question is going to be will that help me earn more even if I am not in the USA?
Any help would be nice as even if I made $5 per day I´d be pretty happy.

If you decide to upgrade and to stay here then make upgrade for 2years you save 12% and the total cost is 30$ and as upgraded you will have a minimum of 4 ads who pay you 0.01$ even if you live in Austr-ia/alia but depends on the country you live for everything else, i live in Sweden I'm getting about 6-12 videos a day and there are more surveys too but I don't now how it work in other countries.

You can earn as much as you want on Clicksense regardless of your place of living. I am from India and I have earned $40 within 3 months I know it is less then what you are expecting but now I can pay my Broadband connection bill by this earning and save my salary. It is just starting, the real success is in referring people and I'm on my way.

As you mentioned that you are from Austria, it is not a problem at all. You just have to understand three things:-

1. You get 30-40 ads per day which pay approx $0.03-0.04 after the upgrade you get 4 ads of $0.01 each so you earn 0.07-0.09 par day.

2. You can refer other people to sharing your referral link with your friends, relatives on the various online platform like Fb, Whatsapp, tweeter, Hotmail, Google+ etc. By doing this will help you earn more without doing anything.

3. You have offers and tasks to help you earn more.

4. Surveys are the best way to earn more but you need to understand that for completing a survey, first of all, you need to complete your survey profile By clicking on the Surveys Button on your site. Set your survey preferences. After doing all this you can attempt any survey you gets.
You must know that you need to attempt surveys on time otherwise they may expire and you won't be able to get anything. So, for saving your time and energy, if you are using PC or Tab then activate the ClixAddon on your preferred browser. It will let you know whenever you get any ad, task, Survey on time and you can attempt them.
