First of all, we want to say thank you for hanging in there with us. We’re lucky to work with such an understanding community, and we’re striving to serve you to the best of our ability to during this transition. Secondly, we’d like to remind you that our CrowdFlower contract expires this Saturday, March 31. We will also remove Payza as an option on March 31. If you are currently using Payza, please cashout your balance from Rainforest to Payza ASAP, and switch to another payment method. Please read on for other important announcements regarding Rainforest payment methods.
Adding Skrill as a Payment Method
After listening to feedback from the community and determining what is technically feasible on our end, we’ve decided to move forward with Skrill as a second payment method (in addition to PayPal). Based on the time it took us to integrate with other payment methods, we estimate that Skrill will be available to the community by May 1st. This date is subject to change, but we will do our best to deliver Skrill within that timeframe.
If PayPal is your Preferred Payment Method
Please set PayPal as your Rainforest payment method ASAP in order to reduce last minute issues and continue receiving jobs as of March 31. If you have any questions about PayPal, please check out our FAQ before submitting a support ticket. Please note that references to Payza in our PayPal FAQ will be removed once Payza is removed as an option:

If Skrill is your Preferred Payment Method
For those of you who prefer Skrill over PayPal, and would like to continue receiving jobs until we officially support Skrill, don’t worry! We’d like to offer a solution that will allow you to keep receiving jobs and accumulating a balance until Skrill is available.
You can choose PayPal as your payment method until Skrill is ready, and we will allow a one time balance transfer from PayPal to Skrill within 30 days of implementing Skrill. If you choose to do so, make sure you do not cash out to PayPal during this timeframe as we will not be able to transfer balance once you cashed out.
If both PayPal and Skrill are not valid options for you
If you are one of our testers who does not have access to PayPal or Skrill, your account will not be blocked. HOWEVER, you will no longer receive jobs. If we are able to implement a payment method that works in your country in the future, you will be able to use that payment method and begin receiving jobs again.
Please continue to be on the lookout for regular updates from us during this time. Thank you for all you do ❤
