Man gets BIG surprise - ALWAYS Confirm

So this man goes to the dentist to have 4 teeth removed. His wife waits in the waiting room.
After a long time, the wife asks about her husband, what is taking so long.

Turns out, they removed ALL of the man's teeth.....and he coded twice on the way to the hospital.
He came very close to death.

This is true and just recently happen a couple of days ago.

I just wanted to point out to you, that YOU own your body so make sure when ever you go to the
dentist, doctor, etc. that you make it very plain and in their face what you are having done that day.
If you are having a tooth pulled, tell the doctor.....you do see you are pulling only this one tooth?
CONFIRM CONFIRM CONFIRM

It seems there are more and more horror stories about wrong body parts being removed and also
from the wrong patient. YIKES!

Well, IF it was an April Fools Joke, I am mighty sure the toothless guy isn't happy
about it but he might be feeling better after his lawyers get done with the dentist.

From UK Medical health care report

Almost 800 patients have had surgical instruments left INSIDE them after hospital procedures causing 16 deaths since 2005, says new health care report

772 incidents of foreign objects left in patients between 2005 and 2012
Equipment like sponges, towels, needles, instruments, retractors and other small items and fragments of tools have been found in patients
The report from The Joint Commission, a non-profit health care safety watchdog, shows it is due to human error and lack of protocols
The watchdog calling for a stricter, more standardised counting system involving all members of the hospital team

It is mighty crazy all the mistakes they make in the healthcare industry.
Can you imagine going in for surgery and they leave a scalpel or some other surgical item inside you?
I mean, how does that even happen? There you are, a doctor, and you have completed your surgery
and now ready to sew the guy up.....but you ignore the big shiny thing and sew him up. :o
