They are going create 1000 new millionaire every year. These new millonaire have a good chance to open their own business and create a new job.

If the top 25 Ceo all over the world. They should give away at least 1 billion dollars every year. Select 1000 people around the world.

Each billionaire from their country. They should give up at least 1 billion earning. Give away 1000 people became instant millionaire from their country.

Instead of eg make 1,000 people to millionaires, so have they chosen to open a Panama accounts and cheat their countries on tax Revenues.

Better move be eliminate government than you get extra 15-65% yearly. But you have buy gun if did not you pay a no gun tax (which than be used buy you a gun plus 10% administrative fee than no more tax owed). With 400 million armed Americans we need no army.
