Check link and follow instructions. And you should contact Paypal too if you dont get your FB account back. Hopefully this so called hacker doesnt know your password for PayPal or that you even have an account on it. But if he finds out he can ask for new password from PayPal since he has your e-mail.

Act quickly and hope that you will regain you FB account back. Here are some links to shorten your time.

It's the password to Paypal you need to worry about.

You should have just changed your Facebook password and problem solved, asuming you have different passwords for eveything.

In case of Hackers trying to infiltrate your system don't worry about your email address, besides sending you Spam or fishing mails there is nothing else they can do with it.

If you have the same email address for everything but different passwords for everything then you have nothing to worry about ;)

Weeks ago facebook didn´t let me login in my account until I entered a phone number. I entered my number just to verify my account. For some reason the hacker got my number and changed the password. How?

Thank you

Maybe delete your cookies in your browser, go to your cookies list inside your browser settings and type in the cookie window search bar "facebook" and you will get all cookies that only are connected with facebook. Now just delete those specific facebook cookies.

Go back to facebook and try to login again, see if that helps. :)

Could have been a cookie problem maybe ?

Firesheep - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Don't reuse passwords. If you reuse passwords, and you've logged into ANY website, in the last six years over http, you should assume your password is public property.

Edit for clarity - checking for the padlock isn't enough, you need your cookies to be https too - they're often not.

Get 'Ccleaner' and clean all cookies out, along with any other junk that your browser saved.

First, don't panic. I didn't know the exact situation, but hopefully the steps below can help:

1. The hacker cannot do anything to your facebook if he logged in from a different country (If he really managed to login), but it seems he changed your password?
2. The hacker got your number. But he didn't get your phone. You can
a) Reset your facebook password through your phone.
b) Reset your facebook password through Email.
3. Getting your Facebook account back is top priority.
4. Link your phone number to your other accounts for double verification security.
5. Scan your PC with malwarebytes/ other good antivirus for possible keyloggers.

It is near impossible to hack Facebook, so you need to think carefully:
1) Are you using a public computer or public Wifi? Public computer may have keylogger installed.
2) Did you download something recently? It can be possible that a keylogger came with that program.
3) Use the same password for some other unknown sites? Hackers sometimes use your login details to try to login to your email/facebook.

Anyway, you should reset your password immediately. It is possible to do so unless the hacker gained access to your email, phone and complete identity.

Good luck, and hope this helps.

The easier way is to use google chrome's built in translator and translate the whole page then choose settings.
OR
facebook language tab
On the right side of the page, the first section, click on it. There should be a list of language for you to choose. A link has been attached for your convenience.
OR
Using the same link, scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will see Facebook (c) 2016. Below it is the language you are currently using. Click on it to select the language you want.

Good luck.
