I have a wifi hotspot internet connection. When I try to access a survey it says '
someone already accessed this survey from this IP. We only allow one user per home'. I can not have a personal hotspot as it is a public and company hotspot.

Well I don't know what to tell you about that.

ClixSense wasn't made for people using internet connections from hot spots.

You can submit a support ticket through the Helpdesk.

Be carefull with public hotspot. For exemple Yoursurvey can see it as using proxy and block your account. So if it can happen with Yoursurvey, why not with other... Better to be safe

Pray tell, what is the policy about family members in same house being on Clixsense through the same Wifi but different computers?
