I am from India. Yesterday I got a mail from PayPal.

Quote:Your PayPal Account is limited. This means you can’t receive payments.
You'll need to complete some tasks to receive payments as required by
Indian regulations.

Here's what you need to do to start receiving payments:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Complete tasks.
3. Follow the instructions.

Note: You can still make payments using your PayPal Account if you've
linked a debit or credit card to your PayPal Account.

Yours sincerely,
PayPal

I already withdrawn money from Paypal almost every month. But this time they back it.
I also tried to complete task as per there instruction but I am unable to find any task. as per step 2 mentioned. Please help me.

If I were you, I will change my Paypal's password immediately.
I would not click any of the links in that e-mail.
According to what I know(I maybe wrong):

1. Paypal will only limit your account if you are involved in suspicious activities.
2. Why would paypal limit your ability to receive payments but not making payments? If the money in your account is illegal you should not be able to spend it.
3. Paypal will not ask you to do some stupid so called tasks to lift the limit of your account. Here , Paypal will ask you to go to RESOLUTION CENTER to find information regarding account limitations, not some ridiculous tasks.
4. When Paypal sends you an email, the domain for the email address is always paypal.com (eg: xx@paypal.com), not @paypal99.com / @paypalreal.com
5. Even though most email service providers have very good fraud detector built-in, scam emails will still be everywhere.

Again, I maybe wrong, but this looks like a total scam, unless when you log in to your Paypal it says your account is really limited, then I will re-examine the credibility of the e-mail.

One more thing, if the email is a real scam, forward the whole email to spoof@paypal.com to notify paypal.

Hope this helps.
