There do seem to be some similarities between computers and human brains. At one time, computers took up entire warehouses in order to do calculations. Now all those calculations can be done in a much smaller device such as a microchip. So the question is whether our brains are actually shrinking from a failure to evolve further or whether they are becoming much more efficient and require a smaller space - in which case in the future, people may be walking about with skulls the size of peas.
