First of all, typing in all capitalized letters is against the forum rules.

Secondly, if your funds were returned, it would be a good idea to double
check your profile for correct typing of your paypal email address.

Thirdly, if all is correct, you can submit a support ticket to ClixSense
but it sounds to me more likely to be an issue with your account on
PayPal's end. In that case, you need to contact PayPal.
