how do i get my link to be able to refer people with it. I cant find any on my profile, any help?

See your user name way up there at the top of the page......mouse over it and click 'account summary'.
You'll find your referral link there.

You can also mouse over 'Affiliates' and choose 'banners' if you need some banners.
