The top 5 reason why people are broke?

1st. People want to keep up with jones?
2nd People want to have the latest gadget, smartphone, expensive shoes, clothes, expensive home
3rd People doesn't have saving retirement fund
4th The more people earn money. They mostly likely going spend it all the money in their paycheck.
5. People doesn't want to give up the lifestyle period. It's all about the materials show off their friends?

It doesn't matter what country you live? Rich vs poor country.

Most people I know the reason they are broke all the time is because they are trying to live on Social Security. Which is near impossible in today's economy.

@shadow people doesn't want to save for retirement in their early stage of their careers. They choose to have the biggest house and new cars.

It doesn't matter a person making 9 dollars a day or make 100k a year. People end up spending money from their paycheck.

David, unfortunately not everyone is able to put money aside before they retire for varying reasons. Life is not quite that black and white. I, myself, was unable to save up for retirement because I was forced into retirement at an early age due to becoming disabled not my fault just a fact of life. I live on Social Security and SSI. I get by but barely.

The number 1 reason why people are broke is because 95% of our manufacturing plants have gone
over seas, starting from the late 60's until we are pretty much dried up.

No one can tell me any different on that. I grew up by Chicago and I had lots of uncles that
worked in the Steel Mills over in Gary Indiana. My real father worked at Inland Steel. Hundreds
of thousands of people flocked to Chicago and the suburbs to find work in the manufacturing
plants. It paid good money and always had over time in most of them. Production in many
of the factories was non stop and demand was huge.

If there are lazy people in America it is because our rotten government has made them that
way.

When people are making good money, receiving good pay checks, people can save, people
can spend, people can buy homes and live well. When you take away the jobs, what the
heck do you think is going to happen?

places to eat......fantastic taco stands too.

@valarie the rest of the world are sick tired working slave wages around the world. They have no choice to work oversea. We are living globalist economy. It's not fair a few select rich country enjoy good standard of living.

This why the rich country are broken. People are expect to get latest iPhone, cars, house, and other. If you work poor country work so hard but you salary are so low. No choice go oversea for higher salary.

Different governments require different things of their countries companies. Most do not even regulate what employees are paid. That is why most employees from other countries pay slave wages. That is why immigrants need to come into this country legally. This is a great country. Everyone in this country deserves to be paid fair wages.

As far as material things go. If one can afford them why shouldn't one be allowed buy them????? That is apart of what people work for. To have the things they want even if you don't agree with them having them.

Their governments have to make regulations that they be paid decent wages. That is not the duty of the world. That is up to each individual country. Jobs are moving overseas because they are being outsourced. The labor is cheaper. For example people from India are willing to work for pennies on the dollars.
