So, I no longer eat ice cream and that is one of the things I really miss, especially home made ice cream in the summer. I was delighted to find that there are now vegan ice creams available in my grocery store. I haven't yet tried all the flavors but so far, I really love the Ben and Jerry's vegan caramel coffee fudge. It's surprisingly good. Can't wait to try their other new flavors.
Also, this isn't exactly ice cream but it comes under the frozen dessert heading - FROZEN CHOCOLATE DAIQUIRI - they actually have drive throughs in New Orleans where you can get these. These may be the best tasting thing in the entire world.

I'd have to say vanilla ice cream is my favorite. I buy the large containers of vanilla
ice cream and I like that I can change the flavor with syrups, fruits, nuts, etc.

I wasn't correcting your spelling I'd never do that, I just typed pistachio, I'm sorry if you thought I was making fun of you!! I'm a horrible speller too.
Have you ever had Friendly's Wattamelon roll? That's how they spell it and it is so good! It looks - I'll find a pic
