My favorite is strawberry, :D but I also make mixed berry salads, blackberry cobblers, and my own smoothies. So all berries taste good to me :) and good for my health  Nothing like fresh berries in the summertime.

I do not know what the Black- and Raspberry is for kind of fruit berries in Swedish , probably the same berries in English  , but i do not know how they look.

Do you have pictures of the berries , because i can not search Google.

But can one say '' Black ''-berry , here in Sweden we would probably have been forced to change its name to '' colored ''-berry.

So i have to put my vote on Trump.

Well zegon, I don't have a picture at the moment, blackberries to me are such a deep purple they look black and have very tiny seeds inside, that will make you want to pick your teeth if you eat them. Raspberries are a dark mauve deep pink in color and not too sweet. Hopefully another member has a picture to share.. and Yes Thumbs Up  For Trump... :D

Okay , we'll see what can come up ...

My brain is trying to tell me that Blackberry is called Bearberry here in Sweden , but i just think it is trying to lure me again , so i do not go for it , i just close my eyes so it will soon be over.

In Sweden we call gosseberries for Krusbär.

Gosse have nothing to do with a bird.

But these berries '' are equally '' sour '' as my neighbor.

Absolutely love berries! And it is the season for them. My daughter has bushes in the back yard that she lovingly tends to - she has quite the green thumb

Blueberries are my favorite, so good, especially in pies :D

Zegon, just for you

raspberry

blackberry - here in the US we're ever so politically correct, saying "colored" is frowned upon , but we can say blackberry without offending anyone

Found bearberry! I'm not at all familiar with them. The plant and berries remind me of holly that we have here. But you can't eat holly berries.

Okay , i understand this better now thanks to your photos.

And it turns out that '' we '' do not have the same name on the same berries , but on different berries , but i can assume that they taste the same.

That You call Blackberry is called Bearberry in Sweden and You'r Bearberry is called Hallon here.

Funny and Amazing ... But now we know , always learn something new.

I didn't explain that bearberry right  sorry!

We don't have bearberries. I googled them and found that picture which I thought was of your bearberry, so I assumed that your bearberry = our holly berry. Now I see that your bearberry = our blackberry.

Using super deductive reasoning  , I think that our holly berry = your Hallon

I love to learn new things, especially from different cultures/areas of our world. Thank you for sharing :D and thank you, Rosegold for starting this topic

Okay , if the bananas are bent so it's Norwegian bananas , which they called " Guleböj " ( translate : Yellowbend )

In Norway , they do not eat meat , because all are vegans there , this is why they is called that country Nor-wegian , if you did not already know.
