Why no status updates on Crowdflower credit?

It seems to me that if this is a technical problem, it should have been solved by now. My many years of experience with PTC/GPT that if a technology problem is not solved within a few days and a status update is not provided, there is really a MONEY problem. As the rest of Clixsense is operating normally, the logical conclusion is that Crowdflower is on the skids. Does anyone have information to the contrary?

Well, my many years of experience tells me it is NOT on the skids.
