Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am writing this now as a form of expression for myself, but I am sure for many others as well, for your discriminated against and marginalized employees, who are probably only saying whatever it is that the administration orders.
We, the people who work for you, are not bound by any contract, hence do not have the rights as do the people bound by contracts, and therefore have nothing to protect us. However, we do not ask for it. The fact that we do tasks worth 0.01USD, 0.04USD or 0.20USD does not make us any less worthy from you, or others with contracts, nor does it make us not equal to you. We are simply people who, with their own hard work, want to earn some money, and the least we expect is to be treated like fellow humans – which I believe we deserve. The truth is that many of us have a higher level of education than most of your employees, but unfortunately due to our surroundings, situations in our countries, or other circumstances, we have to do this in order to earn money.
Your behavior towards us has, simply stated, been discriminatory. You behave as if we are a group of illiterate idiots, with whom you can manipulate in any way you want because we don’t have any worker rights to protect us. Avoid to answer to our questions, write nonsense that even 7-year-olds would not buy, avoid even telling us a portion of the truth as to what is happening, lie every single day, believing you are the Church in the Dark Ages being able to deceive all the illiterate and common folk that witches are real. Unfortunately for you, we are not illiterate, and these are not the Dark Ages, so we know when we are being lied to. Hence, we refuse to buy whatever nonsense you are telling us.
If there was anyone even remotely brave in your company who would come forth and say: Hello everyone, we are experiencing whatever issue you may be experiencing and we are working on solving it. We apologize to our users, and promise to get the system working as soon as possible. But no, we are kept in the dark because we are not worthy of an apology, which is not only the basis of human etiquette but of the professional etiquette as well.
After the obvious mistake, which you would not dare acknowledge, three days of not responding to emails or other forms of communication, you are forcing poor Alexis, who also appears to not know anything, to tell people that everything is going be alright, because why in the world would CF respond directly? That would be too low for them.
Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the age of information, and the age when someone can easily find anything that interests them, so rest assured we will find a way to get to the bottom of this. Because suspending 1000 people, and blocking the money they have earned over the past few days, which is on average 100USD, means you have just frozen over 100,000USD. In other words, you have ‘LEGALLY’ STOLEN OVER 100,000USD.
Now that is an epitome of discrimitation. I am starting to believe you are following Trump’s example of discrimination, inconsistency and lies. Yours is truly a fine example of following Trump’s politics and acting accordingly. As I have already stated, be sure we will find a way to get to our money and find out what is happening, because we are not a flock of sheep you can force to do whatever you want.
