If it's one of the survey providers,you could contact them.

If it's yoursurveys look at the top right corner for your trustscore,If it's low you've won't qualify for many of them.

Well usually a permanent boot means no access. Rather self explanatory, actually.

You will get a message telling you that you can't take their surveys. I'm not certain if this is a permanent situation or of shorter duration. I received such a message from Live Sample surveys. I have no clue why. I've always answered surveys honestly and have a high score with the other surveys. Live Sample did not provide any meaningful explanation even after I contacted them. So, I just scratched my head, got over my indignation and went on to the other surveys.

A good rule of thumb might be to slow down when you take the surveys. None of them like for you to rush through them.
