Ya, too bad there is not sound on those animals.

You could say 'SPEAK' and the one that says 'MEOW' is the impersonator.

Are you sure a CatDresser isn't one of those (unusual*) people who makes outfits for kitties and then dresses them in them?

*Unusual- Like that lady who dressed birds in outfits that was on the David Letterman show quite often....unusual, yes.
