IT'S All about your survey profile and efforts that you take , I mean you have to click more to get offers , so that you qualify some survey in order to complete them.

In your offer wall or on Survey tab click many times after 1 or 2 hours. because it may be available any time , if you grab it you can definitely qualify and won.

About Task I am too struggling to get Task from few months. Sometimes I woke in the early morning around 4 AM and check available list , sometimes I Got the task that I completed.
