I had a problem 2 days ago with a survey i completed, i did not get my 50c payment, i contacted their support and recieved an automatic response within a couple of minutes saying they would check it out, i recieved another email tonight saying they would put the 50c in my account within the next 24hrs, 1 hour later i got my payment, credit were its due, their support was fast and dealt with professionally, well done Peanut Labs..
With everyone moaning about survey companies at the moment its nice to know some are getting it right when they make a mistake and are honest enough to rectify it..
Glad to know they were honest with you, but not everyone is doing that well with them... I contacted them months ago, because since I came back from the UK, I don't get a single survey from PL, no matter how many times I take a look. And I'm still waiting for them to reply to my ticket.
