I reckon one of the best I have heard, mainly because of the following clip, was German skier Fanny Chmelar. Apparently the last name can be pronounced as "Shmeller":

Funnily enough, only an hour or so ago on the radio a lady rang up & her name was Lois Lane. Her parents weren't Superman fans - she was born with the first name of Lois & the man she married had the last name of Lane.

There was a dentist in my town years ago...his name was I.M. Butz (pronounced butts). i used to laugh every time i saw his ad because of the picture of the posterior "sit down" padding . Good thing he wasn't a proctologist!!!!

I once knew a very skinny, little geeky guy called Chuck Norris. Older than the more famous version too, so he couldn't even blame his parents.

There's an Orthopedic doctor near me and his name is ...... Dr. Bone.

His name is Shannon Bone.

His commercials are on tv all the time and I always get a kick out of his name. Dr. Bone.
It makes me wonder if he decided to become a doctor in that field because of his name.
