For me it is just a matter of Self-discipline and nothing else.
And the "The Biggest Loser"is just another sad/lame reality show.

The problem with excessive exercise is you have to do it forever. If you stop, you'll be worse off than
before you started. Of course, there are people that do make it a life long habit.

Jack LaLane died in his 90's and he stayed very physically fit. He made it his life work, however.
I don't know if he ever enjoyed a twinkie.

Very good point, some peeps think that's how it actually works, you go to the gym train your a.. of and then your set for life,if that was only true.

You're right you can't stop,my solution now I have a routine.
Okay I'll admit sometimes I break my rules for a twinkle or two

You do not need excessive daily exercises. A daily 15 minutes minimum workout is enough.

Actually it is 20 minutes after that your body starts to burn fat.

There is no standard timing for it. While some say 15 minutes, others say 20 minutes. The essence however, is to keep at it.

Like BR stated earlier, if it is not already ingrained in your routine and system, it becomes a chore.

Thanks anyway for the info.
