When is a survey done?

Locked

I just took a survey, said it would be about 15-20 min.

After about 6-10 clicks it said thanks and thats about it.

How do I know if it was done or not? How does one say "yes" or "no" to finishing a survey when it just simply ends?
In this case I was told I had not and got a link to see why it was not.
That link told me they don't know what the problem was but it had not sent me back to CS. Ok, I understand that, but most of the surveys don't do that. A lot do but more, for me at least, do not.

So, how should I say "yes" or "no" when a survey just ends with no clear answer? How do you deal with that?

Have a great day

They were just questions for qualification, you did not qualify,or maybe they got the required number of entries so you got a thankyou, dont you think they were very polite to say thankyou, anyway forget it and move ahead thats the best way to understand the situation.
