When I clicked the ad it automatically download this exe file.

Yes .. I also got that and immediately deleted .. just remind me of 6th September 2016 .. Everyone should be ALERT ..

Yes I just delete it, I'm just worried if I accidentally click run

I scan it with avast but no threat found.
