coba cek ada flag ngga. biasanya, apalgi ada admin flag. kalo kena admin flag, levelnya bisa turun drastis. kalo ngga ada flag apa-apa, kirim aja support ticket.

Ane pernah mengalami hal yang sama di agustus yhn lalu. ane level 3 dengan akurasi 86% kemudian tanpa ada tanda2, peringatan, atopun flag tiba2 level ane jatuh ke level 0 lagi. ane bikin support ticket dan ini balasannya:

Please note that although your overall accuracy is an important deciding factor in our contributor levels evaluations, we must look at a number of other performance indicators in addition to accuracy.


I have investigated why you were not Leveling up despite meeting most of the criteria and, unfortunately, there is nothing I can do from my end to update your Level. At this point, you simply need to spend more time providing high quality work to TaskAuthors in order to Level up because it appears you were expelled from too many Jobs. What this means is our system would like you to work on more Jobs without getting expelled before you can move to the next Level. TaskAuthors can (and do) review the work of an individual Contributor even if the Contributor maintained a high Accuracy in their Jobs. In some cases, the TaskAuthors reject the work Contributors provide if the content did not meet their expectations.


In short, keep tasking and try not to get expelled from Jobs so that your statistics improve in the long run, which, in turn, will help you Level up. Thanks so much for your understanding!
