Stiglo mi je ovo na mail sinoc u vezi flaga za Determine The Goal Of This Query. Da li sad to znaci da treba mailom da odgovorim, sa naslovom 'REOPEN TICKET' kao da pisem obican reopen? Razumem sve sto pise, ali ipak bolje da se pita :)

Javljajte ako je jos nekom stiglo!

I moj akaunt je deaktiviran pre 10 dana,na prvi mail nisu mi odgovorili ,poslala sam jos jedan prekjuce i dobila sam ovaj odgovor:

Pokusala sam da se ulogujem preko mail ali opet nista sve je isto,poslala sam jos jedan mail sinoc da mi je akaunt jos uvek deaktiviran ali nema nikakvog odgovora !

Mirakrs, nisam sigurna, ali po ovome sto su napisali deluje mi kao da daju dodatno objasnjenje onima koji pisu putem mejla, a ne preko tiketa.

Sa druge strane, ja nisam nikada isla kroz mejl, uvek kroz tikete i re-open i onda mi se sve ubaci direktno u odgovarajuci tiket. Mozda je ovo naznaceno zbog ljudi koji otvore novi mejl kada odgovaraju, kao i zbog onih (sto navode kao primer) koji promene Subject, pa se to onda ne poveze sa inicijalnim tiketom.

Sumam summarum, mislim da mozes re-open tiketa standardno, ne znaci da sam u pravu, ja bih tako. :)

Zao mi je sto se i kod reaktivacije javlja ovaj problem kao sa flag-ovima. :(

Obrzirom da ti nemas pristup tiketima, uradi ovako kako su naznacili u odgovoru koji su poslali Mirakrs.
Ako si vec poslala novi mejl, vrati se u stari/prethodni i uradi ovo sto su napisali, ali im napomeni da si greskom poslala novi i da taj ubace u Resolved, jer ti ne mozes sama zato sto nemas pristup tiketima.

Income hvala na odgovoru. I meni je malo nejasno zasto da pisem na mail. Reopen sam pisala juce ujutru, posto sam cekala onaj update da se zavrsi. I sad nemam pojma sta da radim, ne bih da im budem dosadna... Ipak, sacekacu danas, sutra pa mozda i sami rese stvar.

I meni su deaktivirali nalog, mislim da se to desilo zato sto sam radila zadatak Delphi questions, .... Prvo su mi dali flag a izgleda posle jedan h i deaktivaciju, to se desilo treceg maja. Nisam ni znala da se sve to desilo, kada sam pokusala da se ulogujem videla sam da sam deaktivirana

Nadam se da ce sada da ubrzaju malo resavanje svega i deaktivacija i flag-ova.


Mirakrs, ne znam da li sam dobro razumela. Juce si poslala re-open, a danas si dobila ovaj info u okviru tog istog tiketa?
Ako je to u pitanju, obzirom da im je zbrka i da su pretrpani, jedino me brine ako ti je ovo poslato u tom istom tiketu.
Skoro svaki support slicno funkcionise, u smislu da cim odgovore na tiket, ma koji, 'slucaj' prelazi u Resolved i onda moze da se desi da ga omase za dalju evidenciju. U tom slucaju mozda ne bi bilo lose da uradis re-open na ovo (ukoliko sam dobro razumela redosled :)).
Razumem da neces da im dosadjujes i ja isto razmisljam kada pisem za mene, ali me ovde brine da li je isti taj tiket sve vreme u pitanju tokom prepiske i da li ti u inbox-u sa tiketima stoji Resolved.

Income, dobro si razumela redosled, u petak ujutru sam poslala Reopen u vezi flaga koji mi nije skinut, a dosla je ona poruka jos sredinom proslog meseca da ce biti skinut za 48h. U petak uvece stigao je ovaj mail. U tiketima stoji status Open, nema odgovora od njih, osim sto ona poruka da ce biti skinut za 48h stoji poslednja, kao da su je poslali posle mog poslednjeg Reopena, a inace je poslata proslog meseca...cudno.

Mirakrs, super da je Open status, to je bitno, znaci da si na cekanju da bude reseno. :)
Oni zvanicno vikendom ne rade, iako odgovaraju nekada na tikete i tada, pa bih ja da predlozim da im das par dana od nedelje. Javljaj sta se desava.
Ovo sto kazes za poruke da su istumbane, mozda ima vez sa ovim sto im sistem brlja, ne znam ovaj deo nagadjam. :D

Ne znam na koji datum se odnosi ovo u postu iz linka, tj. kada je dobio ovu poruku, niti da li je to zaista odgovor dobijen od CF/F8, ali sam naletela na ovo, pa evo da vidite:

Evo nekih cudnih novina kod mene. Vracen mi je lvl3, flag dalje stoji (???), status tiketa Open... A bas sam u dogovoru sa Income planirala danas da napisem Reopen tiketa... TamaraRakovic i Duka93 jel se desava kod vas nesto??

Vaau posle mnogo vremena ima i ljubicaste boje,zaboravila sam kako izgleda. :D

Nama vracen lvl sto cekamo mesec dana da skinu flag, dok su neki izgubili sve levele! Ludilo se nastavlja!

Pa evo čitam na gl.forumu i ne verujem..ljudi izgubili sva 3 levela odjednom,dok oni sa preko 80%a MANJE od 85% GA dobili lv.3 i uredno rade lv.3 poslove i isplačuju im. :lol:
...mislim ono..wtf se događa..?opšti kaos u F8.
..rešit će oni to..samo se naoražat strpljenjem i živcima i zaboravit na taskove par dana najbolje,i sedmica možda..dok sve to ne proradi kako spada,ne skinu flagove sve,reaktiviraju ugašene naloge,vrate sve levele ljudima koji ih zasluženo imaju a ukinu koji nemaju preko 85%GA..to će sve,po mome mišljenju potrajati,i biti će spremno za normalan rad kad sve več navedeno poprave..i dashboard se update-a,onda da..iako ni to nije neka garancija,ali ima nas mnogo i snaga nam je u masi smatram..pa ne mogu sve baš da nas tako šikaniraju bez očitog razloga za bilo što gore navedeno i bez obrazloženja ikakvoga.
Drž'te se svi i svima vam/nam želim sreču što prije ekipo. :-)

dijana1983, nemoj biti demoralisana, vidis da imaju veliki problem u celom sistemu. Na zalost si trenutno u grupi koja ceka resenje u vezi naloga, a sistem ne funkcionise dok ga ne poprave trajno. Bice uskoro ne brini. ;)

Najbolje je sto sam juce imao treci level a danas nulti,
a nisam radio nijedan task ima 7 dana,ovo je neka greska u sistemu.
