You must have at least $8 or $6 if you are premium, in your account to withdraw money. Then you can get payment with Paypal or few others money transferring site.

Yes its true. PAYPAL has excluded clixsense from doing business with them because of paypal new updated policies. It's very disappointing for all of indian members working hard to get some bucks.
