Just to let you guys know, where you are in the world makes a massive difference to the types and quantities of surveys and offers you are likely to get.
I live and work in Pakistan for most part of the year, infact i would say that i live here, a couple of times a year i will travel back to the UK to see my family, shopping and other bits n bobs.

I travelled a few months ago and stayed there for 3 months and when i logged into clixsense from there i was shocked to see so many ads, offers, surveys, you name it i had it,i didnt even have enough time to do em all,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,when i came back to Pakistan some weeks ago,3 to be precise :D i logged into my account and there was zilch,,, i mean not much apart from tasks.

So this is directly from the horses mouth,,,,YOUR GEO LOCATION MATTERS!

anyway i will be goin back again for a hospital check up :( and cant wait to login again :D

oh yes and those high heels dont help, really awful they are,i dnt know how women can walk in them?

when its icy or theres snow on the ground, its common sense to wear flat shoes, preferably with some kind of grip, not fancy shoes, coz then u r asking for trouble

Out of curiosity, did she make it as the next top model?

I think one of the other contenders must've given that floor one hell of a polish to sabotage her chances. :silent:

Speaking of this topic, in the FAQ, it mentions that:

"But, if you access your account from an IP outside your profile country then this will limit your access to ClixSense."

What does this mean? Will there be repercussions?

Also, I got flagged once by YourSurveys because they detected that I completed a survey on a foreign IP. So I think not all survey providers are okay with people completing surveys on foreign IP's.

hiya pizza :D

b4 i left for the UK, i sent admin a support ticket saying i will be travelling and i will be loggin in from a new ip address, they amended it once i reached my destination.
When i returned 3 months later i sent in another ticket saying i had returned so plz can they update my details on my account which they did.

Now as long as you are honest and let the admin know then it shud'nt be an issue where you login from.......

once again this info is directly from the horses mouth,,,,,neigh neigh,,brrrrf :D

No i don't think there will be repercussions from Clixsense directly, but you will get limited access to offers if any.

Hahaha i think you only want to avoid the upcoming freezy cold snowy Winter time in england that's why you went back to pakistan, so yeah your geo location really makes a difference in winter time.

pizza my friend,,i think with survey companies maybe you have to update your details when you travel, this i didnt do but when i did go to the UK i had so many new offers and surveys i registered with my UK address,my parents that is,i had so many surveys and offers there but when i returned back to pakistan i had nothing so really it dont bother me if i am registered from here on any survey sites coz fat chance i will see any

anyway to cut a long story short,i would advise anyone to just register their main address with surveys and offers and if they do change location and happen to get loads of work then i suggest updating their profile phew :)

I see. That's good to know. Thanks for sharing.

As for survey companies I guess it's trickier because they don't really have a specific page to enter your address or something unlike say Clixsense, not to mention a lot of surveys could go through multiple routers which makes matters even more complicated.

yep i agree with you pizza mate, but i tell you what even tho i dont get hardly any surveys here i do get loadsa tasks and thats where i make all my bucks from,i dnt rely on other things, coz they are very rare,as with tasks i guess u get loads in the US, as well as Europe and England,i suppose English speaking countries can take their pick, whereas Asia and the rest of us dnt really have a choice but to do em,it aint too bad i guess.
