I have question concerning registration of new referrals:
If my friend is visiting me from another country, and I register him as my referral, but he returns after couple of days to home country, what is procedure?
Can he directly register as in own county, not the one where he is a guest only for couple days?

You are not suppose to have more than one account and if you do, you can be banned forever.
That is why you do NOT register for other people.

Your friend is suppose to sign up, not you signing him up.

After your friend signs up, he can let admin know if he goes to another country.

I got a question I sent a referral link to my friend in the USA and his computer keeps crashing on sign up page , he puts in info and when he submits it just loads for some time then crashes completely, same with crowdflower.
His PC works fine on everything else

Apparently your friend is doing something incorrectly. Tell him to submit a support ticket.
They can help him get signed up.
