Yesterday I sent a ticket (usually it`s answered in 24 hours time) no answer. Not to mention that is my second ticket this year. *I know it`s nearly christmas time, people busy, etc,etc .. but still.

Just before few minutes site was down and every time when that coming we are usually been informed from Admins.

Also, few days back was reading here there is a problem with cash outs with Pay Pal (a user requested cash out and after few days his cash out back to `balance` and no answer from support here.

I am not saying anything, not ringing any bells but ...

just asking is everything ok here?

Hi there :)

I think I understand what you're asking. My answer is that CS is a strong and very reputable business. Jim is the owner and he has always gone out of his way to keep things running smoothly while programs have closed left and right. I trust him, I know you don't know me and I don't know you, but I'm telling you member to member that things are ok and we have nothing to worry about. The Paypal problem was on Paypal's end, not between CS and Paypal. There's nothing other that I say, but I tend to be a worrier - and I'm not worried now :)

Best wishes to you!

Yes, i got too a white page, but it was just for 2-3 minutes. Not worth to post a news and maybe it was not planned either.

Your ticket is maybe not yet answered because it is about something that only a specific personn can tells you. Admin is in the bath, Becky lost her mind with the tickets, Brian has been kidnapped for not crediting a $0.11 survey or you asked about where is your payment

You can check PayPal's service status pages for yourself.

The masspay problem is fixed, but things were still broken for us (UK) last time I checked. Loooong delays between making a payment and that payment clearing. That's what all the "on hold" and "pending" stuff is - PayPal issues.
