Of course Santa is real and ALL those in Turkey know that.

A monk name Nicholas was a very kind man, living in Turkey. They say he gave to everyone he
met and the children especially loved him for his gifts and generosity. He was made a Saint due
to his generous nature.

Nicholas was then known as Saint Nicholas.

Everyone tends to shorten things over time so Saint Nicholas was eventually known as simply
'St Nic'. Eventually it became St Nick, due to English spelling I suppose.

As time progressed, someone came up with Santa for Saint. Probably the Dutch or some sort
of mis spelling that stuck. I am not sure where the 'Clause' came in but that might be from the
Dutch too.

So if you ask if Santa is real, the answer is of course. He may be up there some where, watching
all the people, children and adults alike. So you best be very good because St Nicholas may be
watching YOU!

Santa must be 100s year old . What can be secret of his long life ?

Maybe his working time , he works just one day a year , sounds to me like dole bludgers
if that is correct I will live to 1000

this thread should have been closed the day it started as anything related to religion and that sorts is not allowed but i have noticed moderators have mostly been biased here on clixsense so nothing new but as the one who started it wants to close the thread than they must

For your information since you are very concerned about moderators, the topic is if people
believe in Santa. Not about God and not about religion. It's a story and the telling of how
people came to believe in Santa. It is a true story and it is not a big deal either way anyone
looks at it. BUT of course, like everything else in life, there is always someone that steps up
to the plate to make a mole hill into a mountain.

Moderators use their own discretion at what sticks and what doesn't. Don't you know that
by now?

well you justified it yourself its about peoples' belief dont know what you make out of it cause you have your own views so instead i will quote you "santa is Saint Nicholas" that is religious by all means and i even saw a topic locked which was just about wishing the pope happy birthday but no not this one cause you are biased towards your favorite holiday character

if we all stop believing in all the holidays that we grew up with as kids? Then there is nothing left for our kids to believe in..Its the magic and wonder, hopes and dreams that bring these wonderful holidays to life..so yes, I believe :)
