I didn't know what the bloody hell this was all about, until I scrolled up and saw the poster's name, then it "clicked"
Anyhow, this might not be such a bad topic after all, could have been worded different though
As a person who has worked with both types, I'd vote for "poor" anytime. My experiences were far more pleasant and enlightening to be honest. This is as far as work is concerned, I'm sure the same could apply to anything else.
I'm sure there is LOTS to be learned from the poor, some of them have values and qualities that even the rich don't come close to having. People who have been to some poor countries or worked with the poor might understand.
In Western culture it seems MONEY and LOOKS dictate your success and status, even if for some that money was not earned and only made at the detriment of the poor or the gullible. It's so amazing to see how some poor people make with what they have, whilst some of the rich greedy t-ssers still manage to screw up their lives and the ones around them, killing one another and not being happy still. So yeah, there is lots to be learned.
Being RICH is one thing, but not all rich people are rich inside, most are POOR inside. Whilst some poor people may be the ones who are RICH inside.
Which one is better for you ? It depends on your values and what you seek.
I have a very strange feeling this topic will get locked soon!
