can't believe it,yesterday i was fine,today i woke up feeling all shattered,blocked and achy,,,looks like the dreaded flu bug had wormed its way in through my duvet last night

i know for the next week or so i am going to get worse b4 getting better,happens every flippin year this,what a lovely start to the New Year!

anyone feeling under the weather today?

no tasman am on my own ,alot of people are catching a horrible cold, happens around this time every year as long as i can remember....guess got to stack up on beechams4flu 2morro

5000 mg of vitamin C for few day , add some vitamin A and Multi vitamins and minerals will do a wonder

actually thats quite true marcel,a couple of straight shots will do wonders but its only a short -term fix,,plus i hate the taste of whiskey,,tastes so horrid,like ,like,,,hmmm melted down car tyres and brown sugar,,, :shock:

The truth is, there is nothing you can do if you already have the flu. Nothing is going to make
it go away any faster. Same goes for a cold. Once you have it, you have it and it is going to
run it's course.

You can do things to help reduce your suffering such as taking aspirin, staying in bed, drink
plenty of fluids. That's about it other than taking antibiotics.

you are right Val,guess the ordeal has begun,,,,sit,ly,sleep and wait now until it runs its course ,right now,nose blocked,headache,achy limbs and whatnot...........but still only thing keeping me going and spirited is clixsy

I can give some advice grandmother who always follow.
I also did 3 days ago
1/2 cup apple little vinegar, a little heated
passes across the back and chest well dressed
Take one aspirin.
and in the morning you're like new.
I make my baby
and it works for me for over 20 years
