Just a suggestion.

I found better work using fiverr then hiring someone by week only for them work day or two. But of course if get good one that way cheaper than paying $5 for each piece of work need. I did hire person from Philippines as told they got great English speakers and great work ethic. Guess I just got wrong one. But of course on Fiverr need be willing lose $5 every now and then when get junk but every now and then get great ones. But of course I usually hire 2-4 people do each use best ones and still cheaper than what I paid 2 decades ago when first started using graphic designer. One my cousins is designer but I could never afford hire an American.

And I agree with the fact that some so called designers are asking way too much money..

Current trend in designing logo is, Logo should be flat and simplistic not adding bevel, emboss styles.

Actually it is and it helps with loading times . Logos can be simple and to the point.

That's way I like them. But I always preferred simple. My best site I did logo & banners for. And I am awful. I still thank simple is best.

One my clients had 10 mb logo saved as bmp file than wondered why bill was hundreds of dollars this was back when did not get 10-20 TB most server places offer but lucky if got 300 GB and charged extra. I once had designer give me bmp file I never used them again.

No clue how she got members as this was back when bulk still used dial-up.

Even I know for web design use gif jpg or png. Only begennier use bmp.
