Not sure about India but I have decided to go for the Cheque option.
I usually wait for my account to get to $25 / $30 so that will be no problem. :)

On your back office there is a link along the top "Profile and settings" Click on that and you will see all the options
Personally I have opted for a cheque. Good luck.
