Bitcoins via Tango Card

#1 by stwa1971 » Fri Feb 10, 2017 20:13

Dear support,
I'm trying to figure out how I can be paid in bitcoins. I know that this option is available if I choose Tango Card as a method of payment, but I don't think I've understood clearly how it works. Their website doesn't explain, it just asks for a card number to redeem.
Could anyone please help me?

According to this post, the minimum amount is $10 to get the Bitcoin option.
I'm saving up to $10 and I'll let you know if no-one beats me to it :P

Here is how it works, this is a typical email members receive here, and you don't need making an account @TangoCard

Tango also offers a prepaid visa so you can withdraw money that way

Payza is returning at the end of the week too so you can get bitcoins from the payza site

My question: Anyone know? Once Clixsense processes the payment how long does it take to get the email from Tango for you to claim it?

With Tango Bitcoin ....I know the minimum amount is $10 but what is the maximum you can cash out at once....Found this wonderful place that will transfer it to my bank account for only $0.64 per transaction....

With all the crazy fees of the other payment processors it seems I would be silly not to try it...

What about the price at which they exchange into bitcoin? Is it anywhere similar to the prices seen on preev.com for example?

It's a good question, I checked and a member requested 20$ here and received 0.0199 BTC on her snaprcard wallet.
It was on 14 Feb

Interesting, so it appears they don't play with the price, which is great. $20@0.0199 is $1005/BTC and the price that day hovered around $995-$1020.
